Accompanied by autumn winds, we gathered for a wonderful getaway! On October 23_24, 2026, KRONZ held its annual team_building event at NightFlame Fireworks Theme Resort in Longmen, Huizhou. Stepping away from our workstations, all colleagues headed for the mountains for an autumn gathering filled with competitive fun, delicious food and joyful songs.

Five teams took part in the fun competitions, with 18 members per team. They competed in three group challenges: Pass_the_Hoop Game, Acid River Exercise, and Three_Legged Relay Race. Before the games, five team captains came forward to collect team armbands and draw the competing order. Everyone was pumped up and ready for action.

1,Pass_the_Hoop Game · Flexibility Challenge

The first challenge was the Pass_the_Hoop Game. The 18 team members formed a human chain holding hands without letting go. A hula_hoop started from the first participant. No hands were allowed to hold or support the hoop. Players had to twist their bodies to pass the hoop through each teammember one by one. Many fun moments unfolded on site: some participants moved nimbly and finished smoothly, while others struggled when the hoop got stuck around their waists, sparking bursts of laughter across the field. Points would be deducted if team members released their hands. Teams had to restart from scratch for disconnections or time_outs, putting team synergy fully to the test.

2,Acid River Exercise · Wisdom River_Crossing Challenge

The second challenge was the Acid River Exercise. The marked area represented a dangerous acid river. If any participant stepped onto the ground inside the zone, it counted as “falling into the river”, and the whole team had to return to the starting line. Teams could only cross by moving limited mats. Everyone brainstormed, carefully passed and repositioned the mats, reminded and supported one another. They felt the power of collaboration amid tense yet joyful steps.

3,Three_Legged Relay Race · Side_by_Side Sprint

The grand finale was the Three_Legged Relay Race. Each team split into nine pairs, whose adjacent lower legs were tied together for round_trip relay sprints. Keeping in step was key to victory. Wellcoordinated pairs dashed forward steadily; some partners, however, moved awkwardly with mis_aligned strides. If the binding strap came loose, pairs had to fix it on the spot before resuming. Penalties applied for advancing in violation of rules. Cheers and laughter echoed across the track.

         Upon completion of the three contests, judges compiled scores, reviewed penalty details and calculated final results carefully. Everyone held their breath waiting for the outcome, building up great excitement on the field.

e long_awaited award ceremony then kicked off. The host announced the champion, second_place and third_place teams in turn, presenting exquisite prizes to the winning groups. Team representatives stepped up to receive awards amid warm applause and cheers. All participants gained friendship and personal growth through the competitions.

When the daytime contests drew to a close, a romantic lawn party got underway. Roast suckling pig, abundant barbecue buffet and fresh seasonal fruits filled the long tables. As evening breezes blew and music played, colleagues relaxed and savoured tasty food while chatting casually. Under starlight, an impromptu miniconcert began. Colleagues took turns on stage to show off their singing talents. Everyone lit up phone flashlights and swayed along to the melodies. Right after the songs faded, brilliant fireworks lit up the night sky.

After a good night’s rest, everyone woke up to the resort’s beautiful scenery the next morning. They enjoyed breakfast at leisure and wandered amid hills to admire autumn views. Fully recharged, they drove back to work, bringing home joy, laughter and renewed energy.

This team_building event was not only for relaxation, but also for strengthening solidarity. This short get_together brought colleagues closer to one another. Moving forward on our journey, may all KRONZ colleagues stand side by side, keep moving forward and achieve new accomplishments together.
